About the Founder LY

Pilates for Healing, Performance, and Everyday Life.

Founder of PLY, Latifah AlYahya is a STOTT Pilates–certified instructor and rehabilitation specialist with over 12 years of experience in movement and body alignment. Trained in New York, London, Dubai, and Canada, her approach blends science and intuition to help clients move with strength, balance, and awareness. With a background in Project Management, Latifah bridges business insight with her passion for wellness to redefine movement and rehabilitation in Saudi Arabia.

More Than a Workout. A System.

At PLY, we follow a structured level-based system. Every client begins with foundational classes that focus on the key principles of Pilates: breath, alignment, core stability, and mind-body connection. This ensures a shared understanding across all levels and sets the stage for safe, sustainable progress.
We collaborate closely with physiotherapists and chiropractors if needed to support recovery and rehabilitation. Our programs are intelligently designed to serve as a bridge between clinical care and longterm physical wellbeing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed so please dress accordingly. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. We require socks to be worn in our studios. Sticky bottom socks provide the best grip throughout a workout. If you do not own sticky socks, we have them for purchase at each studio location.
You will find descriptions of each of our classes by hovering over the class type on the schedule page. In a nutshell, our classes are limited to 10 or less, and you will always use the spring driven equipment. Expect a lot of hands on and personal attention.
